Only accepted trackers may persist GPS locations. Discovered and rejected trackers are blocked at ingestion.

Configure which events trigger notifications, which channels are used, and who receives them.

All event switches are opt-in.

Email and push can reach enabled, email-confirmed users. SMS is reserved for the configured owner contact.

Addresses and push tokens are deduplicated. FleetUser mobile numbers are not used because they are not verified notification numbers.
